Tyk.io Operational Monitoring

As a Product Manager for Tyk Cloud, I've helped our squad understand the user need for near realtime operational monitoring of their deployments. Following UX workshops and walkthroughs the team has been able to launch the new operational monitoring feature of Tyk Cloud within weeks.

The near real-time operational monitoring feature has allowed customers to easily understand their usage and encouraged them to better adopt Tyk Cloud without worrying about over-usage/over-charging.
