Led the development of Cumul.io's new in-app onboarding flow taking new users through all the steps needed to integrate interactive analytics into any app.

By tracking the time it takes from signup until we first observed a successful call to our API, we benchmarked the Time-2-Value our customers experienced.

Without the in-app onboarding flow, our customers needed days of integration work, technical reading and engagement with our sales and solution engineering teams. After releasing the onboarding flow, customers could self-serve, reducing our sales cycle, increasing in-app engagement and reducing Time-2-Value from days to even a few hours.
