Customer Experience Mobile App

An Android and iOS mobile app built with React Native & Expo for a CX consultancy. The app allows users to provide feedback on their experience at a particular place/event. The mobile app is distributed to users via Microsoft Azure's App Center by invitation from each subscribed organisation (such as airports and hotels). Organisations can customise the customer journeys for which they require users to provide feedback, allowing them to measure fluctuations in the end-to-end customer experience through regular reporting.
